I believe that by women helping awaken other women around the world, the trajectory of all of our lives will alter in very beautiful ways. Enlightenment is very real. It lives inside of each and every one of us. As a Conscious Leadership Coach, I empower woman leaders to transcend their inner glass ceiling. I do this through my 6 months Transcend program that integrates customized transformational transmissions, ancient wisdom and meditation where women get connected to their deepest intuition. Imagine having a customized roadmap to liberate yourself from the illusions and programming that have held you back. After close to a decade of devoted meditation practice, thirty years of transformational work, and embodying my life’s purpose, I believe that awakening isn’t about escaping the world, it’s about becoming fully alive within it.

I’ve spent my life walking between the two worlds of the fast-paced power corridors of business, and the quiet, luminous realm of inner transformation. Before founding An Awakening of Women, I built a powerful career that spanned biotechnology, media, and Silicon Valley startups. I led teams, drove innovation, and thrived in fast-paced environments where clarity, communication, and impact were everything. Yet, beneath the success, a deeper calling stirred. One that couldn’t be met through achievement alone. There was always a deeper question whispering beneath everything I did asking, “What is my life’s purpose and why am I here?

That question led me inward as a way to find peace, and eventually as a pathway to discover  what it means to be awake. Meditation became my gateway home. What began as a personal refuge in moments of burnout evolved into a path of transformation. I explored how stillness can turn inner chaos into calm, and confusion into clarity. One of my greatest joys is guiding others to that same freedom. I’ve witnessed firsthand the extraordinary transformation that happens when a woman returns to her own power. When she reclaims her belonging not from the world, but from within herself.

Through An Awakening of Women, I guide women to listen newly and to deeply connect with themselves. I meet you exactly where you are. My approach is experiential and alive. I blend ancient practices with quantum transformation so that your practice feels vibrant, grounded, and real.
